Prone Scapula Retraction and Depression with Back Extension

Purpose: To strengthen the periscapula region and back extensors to prevent scapula dyskinesis.
1. Lie on stomach arms at side.
2. Lift arms and reach toward feet pulling shoulder blades back and down.
3 Tuck chin and lift sternum.
*Do not tilt head back
*Stop if pain develops
