Her work since his passing has been dedicated to removing this stigma. Meredith Ackley is a Board Member of the Bring Change to Mind program, which works to end the stigma and discrimination of mental illness through public service announcements, public education materials and school programs. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
